This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines what personal data of visitors to the website uzbgymfed.org (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is collected by the Uzbekistan Gymnastics Federation, for what purposes it is used, how it is stored and protected, as well as what rights visitors have. The Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

By using the Website and submitting data through its forms, the visitor confirms that they have read and agree to the Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not submit your data to us through the Website forms.

1. Terms

Federation (Operator) — the Uzbekistan Gymnastics Federation (Uzbekistan Gymnastics Federation), which owns the Website and processes personal data.
Visitor — any person who uses the Website.
Personal Data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (personal data subject).
Processing of Personal Data — any actions involving personal data: collection, recording, systematization, storage, modification, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, and destruction.
Cookie — small files that the website stores in the visitor's browser for proper operation.

2. What data we collect

The Federation processes only the data that the visitor provides independently and the technical data necessary for the operation of the Website:

"Submit an Inquiry" form and feedback form — name, phone number, email address (if provided), and message text.
News subscription — email address.
Technical data — IP address, device type, operating system and browser, the address of the page from which the visitor arrived, date and time of visit. They are collected automatically for traffic statistics and Website protection.

The Federation does not collect through the Website special categories of personal data (health status, religious and political beliefs, etc.) or biometric data. Please do not include such information in message texts.

3. What we use the data for

to respond to a visitor's inquiry, request, or question;
to send Federation news to newsletter subscribers;
to maintain traffic statistics and improve the Website's performance;
to protect the Website and forms from spam, hacking, and other abuse;
to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Federation does not use visitors' data for third-party advertising mailings and does not sell it.

4. Legal grounds for processing

Data from forms is processed on the basis of the visitor's consent, which is given by checking the relevant box before submitting the form. Technical data is processed to ensure the operation and security of the Website, as well as in cases предусмотренных by law.

5. Cookie

The Website uses only its own technical cookies:

session cookie — required for the operation of the Site and protection of forms against forged requests; deleted after the browser is closed;
visit statistics cookie — help distinguish a new visit from a repeat visit; stored for up to 7 days and up to 1 year and do not contain a name, phone number, or email address.

Advertising cookies and third-party analytics systems are not used on the Site. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings. In this case, some Site functions, such as form submission, may not work correctly.

6. Third-Party Services

The pages of the Site use services of other companies that may receive the visitor's technical data (IP address, browser information) under their own rules:

Yandex Maps — a map with the Federation's address on the homepage and the "Contacts" page;
YouTube — videos in the "Media" section and in news items;
links to the Federation's pages on Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

The Federation does not control the processing of data by these services. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

7. Data Transfer

The Federation does not transfer visitors' personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

when the visitor has given consent to this;
when this is necessary for the operation of the Website — to organizations that provide its hosting and technical support, provided that they maintain confidentiality;
when required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan — upon request of authorized state authorities.

8. Storage and Protection

The Federation takes legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, dissemination, and destruction: the connection to the Website is protected by encryption (HTTPS), only authorized employees have access to the data, and the forms are protected against automated submission.

Data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected: inquiry data — until the completion of work on the inquiry and for the period established by law; subscriber address — until unsubscribing; technical data — for the period necessary for Website statistics and security.

9. Visitor Rights

The Visitor, as a personal data subject, has the right to:

find out whether the Federation processes their personal data and obtain information about it;
request that their data be clarified, updated, blocked, or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or processed unlawfully;
withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
unsubscribe from news mailings;
appeal the actions of the Federation to the authorized state authority or to a court.

10. Policy Changes

The Federation may update the Policy. The new version shall enter into force from the moment of publication on this page; the revision date is indicated at the beginning of the document.
